The machine shop at Perfect Tools has state of the art machinery which include a range of CNC machines with outstanding capabilities. The capabilities include rigid tapping at 4000 rpm, 30mm per minute rapids in all the axes, repeatability better than 0.00004" (1 micron), spindle speeds over 8000 rpm, dual pallet and numerous other features.
Along with CNC machines are a whole lot of conventional machines capable of doing various operations like milling, drilling, turning, grinding, etc, thereby giving an excellent support system.
The Design and Development team have core experience of more than 30 man years in machine building and are constantly innovating newer technologies and better products.
Measuring instruments used are among the best in the world ensuring the highest precision to meet the exacting standards of industry – From digital vernier calipers to height gauges and computerized measurement equipments.
